Project Description

 

Comprehensive land-use and master planning of a residential new town of 4,600 independent residential units together with all the requisite public and ancillary support utilities including neighborhood centres, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, shopping areas, mosques, public gardens, civil, communal and health facilities.

In addition, the project included the following:

• Land-use plan alternatives.
• Conceptual design of all roads and circulation networks.
• Allocation of land reservations for future expansion and growth.
• Analytical assessment of prevailing transport networks and proposals for immediate and long-term remedial measures.

 

Consultancy Services

 

The services included field investigations, topographic and geotechnical investigations, conceptual and detailed Master planning, preliminary design of roads and circulation network, tender documents and preparation of individual parcel certificates.
