Project Description

 

The project involves the creation of a new deep water Port with 1800 meters of quay wall and reclamation of over 240 hectares of land for the creation of an Industrial Area.

 

In addition to the main 4 lane dual carriage Causeway serving the project area, the study incorporated the planning and design of a complete infrastructure network

Including an extensive roads network, paved areas, sewage treatment plant and sewerage system, raw and treated water supply and distribution, electrical supply and distribution, firefighting, telephone and street lighting networks and all associated Port and Industrial Area buildings.
