Project Description

 

A vast development scheme on 2.5 million m² sea reclaimed site to provide touristic facilities, residential districts, business zones, commercial areas, tank farms for oil & gas, public parks, yacht marinas, fishing port, total community facilities and complete infrastructure services.

The study of roads encompassed the following:

• Traffic Analysis:

-          Study of interface with external networks, both, existing and planned

-          Study of internal traffic circulation.

• Transport Plan:

-          Study of external networks vs. Access links to LINORD.

-          Study of local network within the site.

• Engn'g Drawings:

-          Roads typical cross-sections.

-          Preliminary design of interchanges connected to the coastal highway and railway road.
