Project Description

 

The aims of the Master Plan for the restoration of the wood panels in Pharaon House were as follows:

• Develop a strategy dismantling the wooden panels without problems.
• Detecting all decay problems as insects, fungus, humidity, cracks … on wood panels. . Develop a restoration policy to preserve the cultural and historical image of the panels.
• Prepare detailed guidelines for the treatment and maintenance of the wood panels.
