Project Description
The China Town Project is an 800 Ha property along the Emirates Road in Dubai. The Project area serves a mixed Residential and Commercial Development comprising 320 low rise Residential Buildings, 37 medium rise Residential Buildings, and 12 high rise office towers. It will also include about 500,000m2 of built up are of commercial facilities, a 180,000 m2 Commercial Building (China Dragon Mart), a Commercial / Residential Forbidden city and the Lake Residential Neighborhood as well as reservations for educational, religious and sport amenities. The project will house 22,000 residential units which will include several towers: a China Town, Forbidden City, England, Russia, Italy, Spain, France, Greece …etc.
The infrastructure Contract included the following;
- 7 million cubic meters in rough grading works.
- Traffic impact study.
- Finalization of the project’s Master Plan.
- Road network comprising 13 km of Dual Roads, 38 kms of single carriageway roads and parking areas (around 20,000 parking stalls).
- Storm drainage network.
- Street and area lighting.
- Soft and hard scape.
- Irrigation water network and storage / pumping facilities.
- Coordination with Dubai Electrical and Water Authority (DEWA) regarding the Design of 11 kV electrical distribution network and potable water networks.
- Coordination with Dubai Internet City (DIC) regarding the design of telecommunication and media networks.

- Preliminary study reports.
- Detailed design.
- Tender documents.
- Construction supervision and project management.
