Project Description

 

A vast development scheme on 2.5 million m sea reclaimed site to provide touristic facilities, residential districts, business zones, commercial areas, tank farms for oil & gas, public parks, yacht marinas, fishing port, total community facilities and complete infrastructure services.

The infrastructure studies encompassed the following:

• Potable water network
• Irrigation scheme
• Sewerage network
• Sewage treatment plant
• Surface drainage and stormwater control
• Roads and pedestrian circulation networks.
