Project Description

 

 

Energy City Qatar (ECQ) located within the prestigious Lusail Development, north of the City of Doha, Qatar, will be the Gulf’s first energy business center catering exclusively the commercial, technical and human resource needs of the Oil & Gas industry operating in the region, with state-of-the-art facilities and services to the benefit of the participants, region and the entire global energy spectrum.

 

The project comprises the development of roads & all associated infrastructure utilities including, but not limited to the followings:

 

• Roads including Traffic Signing , Traffic Control System and Pavement Markings
•  Surface Water Drainage system with one  pumping station
•  Foul Sewer network
•  Potable Water  network
• Irrigation  system
• HV & LV Electrical Cabling networks including  Substations
• Street Lighting network  with the installation of Multifunction Street Lighting Poles in compliance with the requirements of Lusail Development
•  District Cooling  Network
•  Telecommunication & IT Networks.
• Soft & Hard Landscaping Works

 

Consultancy Services

 

The services include the following main tasks:

•  Preliminary & Detailed Design (As Sub-Consultant for roads and all associated infrastructure utilities).
•  Construction Supervision.
