Project Description

 

This Public Finance Initiative (PFI) development is a 100-bed hospital having an approximate built-up area of 12,000 square metres   in the City of Hull. The hospital centre is specialised in Oncology and Hematology and includes other specialised services, namely:

 

• Oncology
• Hematology
• Physiotherapy
• Operating Suites
• Accidents and Emergency
• Radiology

 

And all associated infrastructure, support, administration, and accommodation facilities.

The service disciplines provided under the consultancy agreement include hospital planning, quantity surveying, civil and structural engineering.
