Project Description

 

The Project involved the undertaking of feasibility studies, comprehensive planning and detailed studies for the new 4,800 m² Military Special Treatment Center at Marka.

The special treatment center included:

 

• Emergency units and polyclinics
• Dental and orthopedic Clinics
• Gynecology and pediatrics
• Special surgery units
• Laboratories, Pharmacies and radiology units
• External services with a gross area of 1200m²
• Administration 600 m²
• Officers Catering 450 m²
• Nursing and officers accommodations 800 m²

 

Consultancy Services

 

The study incorporated the following components:

 

• Preparation of a comprehensive Master Plan for the site,
• Facility programming,
• Conceptual and detailed designs,
• Supervision of construction and contract administration.
