Project Description

 

The Project involved the undertaking of feasibility studies, comprehensive planning and detailed studies for a General Hospital at Manama, providing various internal and external medical services.

 

The Hospital included:

 

• 85 beds over a surface of 22,000 m²
• External Services over a gross area of 1200 m²
• Administration 400 m²
• Technical Support 850 m²
• Nursing accommodations 400 m²

 

Consultancy Services

 

The study incorporated the following components:

 

• Preparation of a comprehensive Master Plan for the site,
• Facility programming,
• Conceptual and detailed designs for the hospital and its annexes,
• Supervision of construction and contract administration.
