Project Description

 

The project involved assessments, studies and implementation plans for the development and expansion of the facilities of the two institutions and their campuses to cater for the educational needs and growing number of student enrolment.

 

Programmes for physical development of the institutions include buildings, infrastructure, land use, landscape, parks, recreation, circulation, phasing and implementation.

 

Consultancy Services

 

Preparation of master planning and programming for the development of the Campus following the preparation by ACE of a feasibility study concerning the combined use of the Campus.

 

The assignment included analysis of the operation of both Institutions, existing facility studies, data projections, economic analysis, land use, landscape and other physical studies.

 

The master plan stage culminated in comprehensive series of plans for buildings, infrastructure and exterior works.
