Project Description
ACE was commissioned by The Palm Developers - Dubai to do the preliminary and detailed architectural and engineering design for this prestigious project.
The Creek Landing is a mixed-use Hospitality and Retail project located on the East, or Deira, side of Dubai Creek, immediately North of the Al Maktoum Bridge.
The Project is comprised of two main components:
- The Guest House with a gross building area of around 45,150 sq. meters, and
- The Trade Hall with a gross area of around 11,100 sq. meters.
Attached to the Guest House is the Wedding Hall which functions for weddings and banquets.
The Guest House building contains parking on the first two levels, accessed from the East side entry drive. On the third level are retail facilities consisting of the major central Bazar and a series of courtyards. Above the retail level are the 154 guest suites of the Guest House.
The Wedding Hall accommodates receptions of up to 300 people in an independent facility served by its own kitchen and circulation.
The Trade Hall also has two levels of parking, with two retail levels above. The Trade Hall accommodates larger scale tenants with an emphasis on import / export trades.
The project is involving both the Dubai and Beirut offices with completion expected in late 2003.
