Project Description

 

The International City Project is an 800 Ha property along the Emirates Road in Dubai. The Project area serves a mixed Residential and Commercial development comprising of 392 low rise residential Buildings, 37 medium rise Residential Buildings, a 180,000 m² Commercial buildings (China Dragon Mart), a Commercial / Residential International City  complex, and the lake Residential Neighborhood and reservation for educational, religious and sport amenities.

 

The Buildings Consultancy Contract includes the following:

 

• 392 Buildings with 9 different international styles: China, Morocco, Greece, Persia, France, Spain, Italy, Russia and England. Different styles set into different clusters.
• Buildings generally consist of commercial ground floor and 2, 3 and 4 typical Residential Floors. Comprising of studios, one bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments.
• Different style buildings set into clusters that make up neighborhoods of both large and small sizes.
• The project shall be built into phases; the 392 buildings will be divided into more than 14 packages, each package containing 12 to 27 buildings.
• Total Built-up area of 2,220,650 m².

 

Consultancy Services

 

The services include the following main tasks:

• Preliminary study.
• Detailed design (Architecture, structure & Electro-mechanical).
• Preparation of Tender documents.
• Assistance in tendering.
• Construction supervision and project management.
