Project Description

This important project involved the preparation of a development plan and design documents for Haii Fahd at Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah center covering an area of about 70 hectares.

This master plan development included:
• commercial offices,
• main mosque,
• post office,
• civil police hq.,
• royal commission hq.,
• buildings for the various ministries,
• telecom. Hq.,
• court building,
• library, cultural center and regional bus terminal.

Complete with infrastructure design, landscaping and community water - front parks.

The services included the preparation of alternative Master Planning and Building Concepts, Final Master Plan, cost estimate and phasing program.
