(Total No. of rooms 170, total built-up area 45158m2 • Trade hall building consisting of 2 stories parking and 2 stories shopping mall, with built up area of 11,114m2. • Wedding hall accommodates receptions of up to 300 people in an independent facility served by its own kitchen and circulation. Consultancy Services The services include the following main tasks: • Preliminary study reports. • Design development. • Detailed design. • Tender documents for: - Demolition of existing wharphage and facilities - Piling and sub structural works. - Superstructure civil works - MEP works. • Construction supervision and project management.
