Project Description

This project covers the infrastructure of a new residential/recreational complex expanding over an area of 4 Million Square meters. The road network comprises 5 kms of 4-lane divided primary roads, 8 kms of 2-lane secondary roads and 12 kms of 2-lane tertiary roads.

In addition the project includes also:
• A diamond type interchanges at the main southern coastal highway.
• A viaduct of 135 meters total span, with 27 metres precast beams for each of the 5 individual spans.
• Several reinforced concrete retaining walls for heights ranging between 5 and 12 meters.
• Sidewalks and pedestrian walkways.
• Sewage and drainage networks, including a sewage treatment plant.
• Water distribution network including water reservoirs and pumping stations.
• Street lighting, electrical network and telephone network including a power station and several substations.
• Road marking, signing, traffic signals and safety installations.

Field investigations, traffic studies, topographic and geotechnical investigations, preliminary and detailed design and preparation of tender documents for implementation of the project in one package.
